SOLNET GUARANTEE We're so confident of the quality of our service that, unless agreed to the contrary , we provide a money back guarantee to the Customer, as defined below. The Guarantee exists for the period of development, following placing of order by the Customer up to the completion of the defined development. During this period, the Customer may withdraw the order without penalty for the following reasons: Solnet has failed to produce a graphic design acceptable to the Customer Solnet has failed to produce a working draft site/product to the Customer's satisfaction Solnet will not place development work into a 'live' situation without the Customer's consent. Solnet will not raise any invoice for payment prior to a 'live' situation. The Customer must give one weeks notice of the intention to withdraw. The Guarantee is closed when the development has gone 'live'. Solnet retain ownership of any uncompleted and unpaid developments.
