Unless agreed to the contrary, use of any of Solnet Systems (Solnet) services or products by you (the Customer) is taken by Solnet to be acceptance of our Terms and Conditions, as defined below.
Solnet reserves the right to refuse to publish any material that is illegal or which we consider to be offensive or otherwise inappropriate for publication on the Internet.
Solnet accepts material for publication on the Customer website on the basis that it is owned by you, not libellous and does not infringe any copyright regulations.
The Customer may not use Solnet's services for the purpose of sending Spam E-Mail (unsolicited mass e-mail) or any other material which may be offensive to the mail recipient.
The Customer agrees that they shall not hold Solnet liable for any losses (including loss of projected profits), costs or claims, caused by website errors or omissions.
All reasonable endeavours will be made to deliver the service to the Customer. No compensation is payable if a failure, suspension or withdrawal of all or part of the Service is beyond our reasonable control
Payment:
Payment is invoiced quarterly in advance. Invoices are payable within fourteen days of the date of issue. Should an account be unpaid Solnet reserve the right to suspend or withdraw its services. No price increase will take place without prior notification to the Customer.
Termination:
Solnet require one months written notice prior to next quarterly period due.
Solnet reserves the right to terminate any contract for ongoing Internet services (ie Web or Mail Hosting), upon giving the customer one months clear notice. No reason for this termination need be given.
Domain Names:
Solnet will register Internet Domain Names on behalf of the Customer. Domain registration is subject to the rules and regulations of the appropriate Registration Authority (eg Nominet for .uk domains). Solnet will not refund any part of Customer's fees paid for Domain Registration or Annual Renewal. On instruction from the Customer, Solnet will happily release the Domain Name(s) to another ISP or hosting company at no charge. Solnet require 3 months advance written notice of cancellation for Domain Names.
Data Protection
Solnet is registered under the Data Protection Act and we comply with all regulations. We may retain your records for the provision of service to the Customer and for technical maintenance.
Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) / Copyright
Solnet will retain IPR and copyright over original html code, server scripts and images. Copies of code and images may be released to the Customer at Solnet's discretion. Solnet reserve the right to re-use any code or scripts developed for the Customer.
